I received my Glock 19 from you last week. The modifications are wonderful and the quality of your workmanship exceeded even my very high expectations. The textured grip work (medium) makes holding the Glock securely more comfortable. The Poly-T2 finish in dark has a cool look and that, matched with the NP3 finish on all the other metal parts, makes the action rocket fast. The front cocking serrations are a great addition. The TFO sights are perfectly placed. Lastly the Competition Trigger job took out the over-travel without lightning the pull, just as you said it would. Your fine custom work is flawless and to top it off is a good value. Thanks for your fine workmanship.

I just wanted to comment on my recent order.
I'm usually very reluctant and apprehensive to allow any of my "prized" possessions to be "worked on"; whether it be my passenger vehicle, Harley Davidson, or sidearm. Many people today don't demonstrate the courtesy and "attention to detail" I treat my belongings with (maybe it's just my OCD), but I want you all to know that I was extremely pleased with
both your customer service and quality of work.
And believe me, that is a HUGE compliment from a connoisseur like me. I will recommend your services whenever
possible (I may even have a few additional "projects" for you in the rear of the safe).

I just received my Glock 21 with the grip reduction and high grip/trigger rounding and stippling back. Your company is amazing! Not only are you all magicians, but you are beauticians! The Glock is first rate; I opened the package Wednesday like a little boy on Christmas. I have to tell you that I have seen pictures of your work; they just don't do it justice. It looks so much better then I could have ever thought! What a difference it makes also in handling and shooting, with that finish on the frame it is like glued into your hand.

I can’t say enough about my Remington 870 shotgun in green Roguard/NP3 that you built for me over 7 years ago. As a testament to the reliability of your products I took my Robar 870 out to the range with a 5 gallon bucket of miscellaneous ammo. This was an assortment of buck, slug, pepper-ball, rubber-ball, lock busters, and anything else that had accumulated over the years. It needed to be expended. I pitted Robar against my partner’s standard issue Police 870. The reduced recoil made mine a pleasure to shoot as opposed to his sore shoulder. About a third of the way through the bucket the police model began to seize up. At halfway thru the bucket we couldn’t even get his slide open. I finished up the rest of the bucket with my Robar with the slide getting sticky at the last inch of shells. With a rap of the buttstock on the ground it still functioned. I believe it was due to the shells melting to the overheated barrel not the gun getting gunked up.
After years of being beaten up in the shotgun carrier of a patrol car (with only two eraser sized scratches from the carrier) and adding an AR style collapsible stock, I decided to have the whole gun refinished in NP3. The attention to detail was amazing. You even NP3’d the lock pin nut on the sliding stock assembly. After one of my Department’s range instructors inspected the Robar (as required by policy) and then shot it his reaction was, “that is the smoothest action I have ever felt.” What more can I say except, “thank you.”
